Ferguson Facilities Supply, a leading provider of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and solutions to facilities management professionals, has acquired Dogwood Building Supply effective October 22, 2018. The company will operate as Ferguson Facilities Supply, Dogwood Building Supply Division.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dogwood Building Supply provides products for new construction and capital improvement renovation projects across the country. The company specializes in direct supply solutions – products shipped directly to the jobsite from the manufacturer – to streamline the supply chain.
“Dogwood Building Supply has strong relationships with hospitality, multi-family and student housing communities, which nicely aligns with our Ferguson Facilities Supply growth areas,” said Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy. “Their innovative business model will allow us to expand our product offering to our current customer base and provide more direct supply solutions.”
