Advertising and sponsorship opportunities

How do I send information to Ferguson about advertising and sponsorship opportunities to consider on behalf of my media company?

If you would like to inquire about the possibility of Ferguson buying ad space or presenting an opportunity for Ferguson to participate in paid media sponsorship opportunities with your media company, please contact advertisinginquiry@Ferguson.com. Ferguson’s business operations are in the USA, and we strictly market our services and products to media companies with the ability to target our customers. Additionally, we do not buy lists of any kind. We strive to return all our emails. Sometimes this is not possible as we are inundated with requests and must balance our time. If you have not heard from the team within a month, please send us one gentle reminder.


Joint press release and vendor requests

We are honored that you would like to highlight our working relationship. Participation is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the public relations manager with your request, length of relationship with Ferguson and deadline. While we appreciate your interest, please note we cannot accommodate all requests.


Media request for a product

I want to review or photograph a Ferguson product for a story. Whom do I contact?

Accredited media interested in reviewing or photographing a product (s) for a publication, don't hesitate to get in touch with the public relations manager with more information about your media outlet and reach, the proposed story, the requested product and the timeline for the request. The requesting media outlet assumes the cost of collecting and returning product(s). Please allow sufficient time for PR, marketing and brand to review and process the request.

Non-profit sponsorship requests

Will Ferguson sponsor my non-profit organization or me?

Philanthropic sponsorship requests are reviewed by Ferguson Cares. Ferguson Cares is committed to developing partnerships with nonprofit organizations that are based in and serve the United States with a focus on housing, skilled trades, clean water and sanitation and our hometown. Please review the website for our eligibility guidelines. Ferguson does not sponsor individuals.


Photo and video permissions (pressroom)

Who can use Ferguson’s photos and/or video or content from the pressroom?

Ferguson’s multimedia gallery and most news releases/stories include photos and videos of services and products available through our company. Many images are courtesy of our vendors, and captions are included to ensure the correct image credit. The photos can be used for informational or editorial purposes by accredited news media in connection with a story or article about Ferguson, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery and Build with Ferguson.


Photo and video permissions (social media)

I want to use Ferguson’s photos and/or video or content from a social media post. Do I need permission?

We encourage resharing Ferguson’s posts. For accredited media interested in reprinting images with proper image credits from a Ferguson social feed, please contact the PR manager. For all other reprinting requests or inquiries seeking proper permissions, don't hesitate to get in touch with the social media team at socialmedia@Ferguson.com.


Secure an interview or shoot footage

How do I secure an interview or shoot footage at a Ferguson location, including Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery?

For securing an interview, direct executive interview requests to the PR director. All other interview requests should be sent to the PR manager.

Accredited media interested in visiting a Ferguson location for a news story must make an appointment with the PR team to facilitate entry, interviews and all appropriate arrangements.

Members of a commercial production company (film, television, commercials, vendor, etc.) wishing to film must gain approval through public relations, the marketing and brand team, legal and specific location. Contact the PR manager to begin the approval process.
