Ferguson acquires Andrews Lighting Gallery

On April 7, 2016, Ferguson announced the acquisition of Andrews Lighting Gallery, Inc. in an asset transaction completed April 4, 2016. Ferguson will conduct business from the former Andrews Lighting Gallery, Inc. locations as Andrews Lighting & Hardware Gallery, a Ferguson enterprise.
Andrews Lighting Gallery has showrooms in Oklahoma City, OK and Tulsa, OK. The business has been operating for more than 30 years and is owned by Steve and Vicki Andrews, who purchased the company in 1989.

As well, its associates will bring a wealth of lighting expertise to Ferguson and will maintain our high level of customer service in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets.”
