Ferguson acquires Ramapo Wholesalers

Ferguson announces the acquisition of Ramapo Wholesalers, Inc. in an asset transaction completed October 10, 2016.
Ramapo Wholesalers, a plumbing and HVAC supplier serving southeast New York and northern New Jersey, prides itself on providing excellent service and a superior product offering.

Ramapo Wholesalers’ home office is located in Spring Valley, New York. It has 47 associates in its seven locations in the New Jersey city of Hackensack, towns of Westwood and Midland Park and the New York villages of Monsey, Spring Valley and Haverstraw. The Ramapo Wholesalers’ brand will continue under new ownership.
