Ferguson acquires The Plumbing Source

Ferguson announces the acquisition of The Plumbing Source, Inc. in a stock transaction completed October 24, 2016.
The company is a single-location plumbing supplier serving Honolulu, Hawaii, and has 19 associates. It will continue to operate as The Plumbing Source, complementing Ferguson’s existing four locations.
“The Plumbing Source is known in the local market for its knowledgeable associates who go the extra mile to help their customers,” said Ferguson CEO Frank Roach. “We share the same customer service philosophy and look forward to continuing the strong relationships they have built.”
