Ferguson Fire & Fabrication acquires National Fire

Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, the nation’s largest independent distributor of fire protection systems, announces the acquisition of National Fire, effective May 14, 2018.
National Fire was founded in 1986 and operates two locations: Phoenix, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
“National Fire is well-known for their expertise in sprinkler applications and offering innovative products to their customers,” said Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy. “Their knowledgeable associates will strengthen and complement Fire & Fabrication’s existing capabilities in the Phoenix area.”
Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, offers contractors a huge inventory of sprinkler heads and devices, special hazards equipment, fittings, pipe and hangers. Ferguson supports fire protection contractors with more than 900 highly trained associates, 67 locations and 36 fabrication facilities – making it the largest 9001:2008 certified sprinkler fabricator in the country.
