Ferguson Joins the S&P 500®
Newport News, VA – August 3, 2026 – Ferguson Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: FERG), North America’s largest value-added distributor of essential water and air solutions in our $340B residential and non-residential construction markets, has been selected for inclusion in the S&P 500® index effective at the open of trading on August 5, 2026.

Over the last five years, the company has transitioned from a London listed, FTSE 100 company to a solely NYSE listed, fully North American headquartered company. The addition to the S&P 500 marks the final step in this journey.
The S&P 500 is widely recognized as one of the premier benchmarks of the U.S. equities market. The index includes 500 leading companies across various important industries of the United States. Companies included in the index are selected using criteria that include market capitalization, liquidity and financial viability.
