Monday, November 3, 2014A few weeks after announcing an outstanding 2014 fiscal year where revenue topped more than $11 billion, Ferguson is named 2014 Supply House of the Year by Supply House Times magazine. In honor of this distinction, Ferguson received an 8-page feature in the October issue of the trade magazine, which serves as the official publication for the American Supply Association and an information resource for plumbing, industrial PVF, hydronic/radiant and HVAC wholesalers, distributors and manufacturer reps.
"Ferguson's continued growth and success plus its commitment to innovation, employee betterment and above-and-beyond customer service, as well as being good industry and community citizens, all were key factors in the company being chosen Supply House of the Year," said Supply House Times editor Mike Miazga.
"It is an honor to be recognized by such a well-respected industry publication as Supply House Times," said Ferguson CEO Frank Roach. "This distinction and our recent successes are a testament to the hard work of our associates and our forward-thinking business strategy."
This is not the first time Ferguson has been honored by Supply House Times. The company received this honor two other times in its history: 1974 and 1994.
The Supply House Times Supply House of the Year award is given to a deserving distributor that demonstrates continued success in the marketplace, embraces forward-thinking strategies to best help its customers and is active in industry programs and initiatives.
