Wolseley Industrial Group acquires Action Automation

Wolseley Industrial Group, the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. and a leading supplier of products and services to the North American industrial market, announces the acquisition of Action Automation, completed August 20, 2018. The company will operate as Action Automation, a Wolseley Industrial Group company.
In business since 1997 and headquartered in Alsip, Illinois, Action Automation specializes in providing actuator solutions and services to power utilities, refineries, pipelines, terminals, water and wastewater treatment plants.
