Wolseley Industrial Group acquires Process Instruments & Controls, LLC
Further expands valve & automation capabilities
Wolseley Industrial Group, the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises, LLC and a leading supplier of products and services to the North American industrial market, announces the acquisition of Process Instruments & Controls, LLC completed September 9, 2019. The company will transition to the Wolseley Industrial Group brand.
Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, Process Instruments & Controls, LLC is a distributor of high-quality process instrumentation, valves and control valves. The company offers technical expertise in automation and has strong relationships within the oil and gas markets in central California.
